The IPO of Education

The earlier investors in a company are called venture capitals. Sometimes referring to the risk of the operation the receiver of the investment calls them angel investors. But if we launch a challenge to analysts define each agency involved in an enterprise of really long term – let’s say almost 35 years to reach full interests – how they would define these agencies, and what should be the investment advice?

The Education System is the accountant of the State for this matter – the infant-to-qualified-employee enterprise.

Parents are co-founders? Parents are really venture capitals, because angels do not have sexy.

The State keeps the Accounting Identity of the infant-to-qualified-employee enterprise until it reaches its full-interest stage, then parents and State make a reverse IPO letting a private equity acquires the enterprise for less than its social value.
